My proudest moment at Unilever
I joined Unilever six years ago. I believe in the business, its values and really love the culture. I'm really proud of my team at the factory. They have achieved taking the site from an efficiency in the low 60s to the mid 70s in just under two years!
Being a manager...
My passion is to engage with my teams and leave them as stronger and better people so that they can make a real difference. I get to do that now on a daily basis as the Operations Manager. It's terrific!Qualifications

- Playing cricket, watching movies and doing adrenaline sports like white water rafting, bungee jumping, shark cage diving, etc
