Identifies needs of the business and partner with business leaders to building selected capabilities and driving organisational effectiveness to deliver the business agenda. Provides total HR service delivery and alongside business leaders, they champion change, culture and climate interventions.
Providing rapid access to existing solutions and co-develop new solutions with HRBPs and HR Services, co-coordinating roll-out/activation plan and landing them in an integrated manner. ETs have custodianship of HR solutions (policy, process, products and knowledge) and connect to world class external experts and sharing internal and external best practice.
Delivering and continuously improve end-to-end global HR processes, policies and systems aligned with both global HR and business strategies. They tracking, monitor and aggressively manage service performance of outsourced partners to enable and ensure HR services and solutions are delivered with the "right quality" and at the "right cost"
