Warning against fraudulent internet recruitment activities

We have recently become aware of fraudsters who claim to work for Unilever recruitment companies. Our attention has been drawn to the fraudulent activities of persons posing as recruitment agencies or Unilever employees. The fraud involves sending people job offers, usually for expatriate positions, and extorting fees for visas and other documentation. We would like to make it quite clear that Unilever never requires successful candidates to pay for documentation. If you receive a genuine offer of a job with us, whether the offer is made directly by us or through an agency, you will not be required to pay any money towards administration fees.
